How do Terpenes work?
Terpenes are aromatic plant based molecules that interact with the body’s endocannabinoid system (ECS) to help the body return to its ideal condition. Terpenes can produce different effects such as uplifting effects and sedation. Terpenes like Myrcene (found in mangoes) and Linalool (found in lavender) can be calming and sedating, whilst other terpenes such as Limonene (found in citrus fruits) can create more uplifting effects. Provex’s terpenes have been specifically formulated for specific concerns. The PROVEX RELIEF Terpene Blend Hemp Seed Oil contains the natural, plant-based terpenes beta-caryophyllene, myrcene and d-limonene that may support the management of aches, muscle and joint pain and tension.
The combination is key: Hemp seed oil, beta-caryophyllene, myrcene and d-limonene.Â
These natural ingredients have been known to support the body in many areas:
- Hemp seed oil: mobility, joint function and skin/coat.
- Beta- caryophyllene: antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, analgesic, antidepressant.
- Myrcene: insomnia, stress, sleep, relaxation, calmative.

What is the Endocannabinoid System?
This blend of natural plant-based terpenes mixed with hemp seed oil interacts with the body’s endocannabinoid system (ECS) to help return it to its ideal condition. The ECS regulates all the major systems in the body. Endocannabinoids bind to two main CB receptors in order to signal to the ECS that it needs to take action:
- CB1 receptors which interact with the brain and are mostly found in the central nervous system; and
- CB2 receptors which interact with the muscles and organs and are mostly found in the peripheral nervous system and the immune cells.
Who can use the PROVEX RELIEF BLEND?
Suitable for humans and animals as a topical rub for targeted relief, or as a daily food supplement with wellness benefits in 2-4 weeks of regular use.
How to use the Relief Blend?
For People:
As a daily food supplement: Using the pipette dropper, place 3 to 5 drops under the tongue every 6 to 8 hours. Leave under the tongue for at least 30 seconds, then swallow.
For topical use apply 3 to 5 drops to the affected area and gently massage.
Do not use more than 40 drops total (2ml) in 24 hours as may cause some temporary indigestion or loose bowel motions. Stop using or reduce intake if you experience undesirable effects.
For Dogs and Cats:
Use 1-3 drops per feed for every 10kg of body weight as needed. Add drops directly onto food prior to serving. May also be used topically for targeted relief. Expect to see wellness benefits in 2 to 4 weeks after regular use.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. May be stored in the refrigerator.
