For a soothing Magnesium bath pour around 1/2 cup of our Magnesium Bath Flakes into the tub, more if you like – you can’t overdose.

After your bath, protect and moisturise your skin with our natural Tropical Passionfruit Body Lotion, or try the Sassy Natural Body & Massage Oil

For a relaxing foot soak use 1/4 cup in a bowl or bucket. Put your feet in, sit back, relax, and drift away…

To get even greater relief, follow your Magnesium bath with an application of our bestselling Flow Magnesium Oil Spray combined with our Flex Magnesium Cream on affected areas..

Note: Keep out of reach of children and patch test before use. Avoid eye, mouth or broken skin contact (as any salt Magnesium Chloride will of course sting where skin is not intact). Not to be taken. Store below 30°C. Discontinue use should any irritation occur. Not approved by the TGA, nor intended to treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always consult your doctor.
